Kendra Wilkinson: 'I Was So Nervous' on Dancing

Nobody at Dancing with the Stars was more relieved than Kendra Wilkinson to get Monday night's premiere performance out of the way. Before performing the cha cha on live TV with partner Louis van Amstel, Wilkinson was a bundle of nerves.

"In the cha cha you're not supposed to bend your knees but I had to or I would have passed out," Wilkinson said. "I was so nervous, I barely took a breath."

What worried her? In short, everything about performing.

"I have a fear of the stage, a fear of the audience," Wilkinson said. "[The bright lights of the ballroom] made me dizzy. But I pulled it out and the fact that Carrie Ann [Inaba] said I didn't miss one step made me feel so good."


Dancing's next performance show airs March 28 (8 p.m. ET) on ABC.

Kelly Osbourne: Kendra Wilkinson Has 'Really Good Chance' at Winning Dancing

When Dancing with the Stars kicks off season 12 on Monday, Kelly Osbourne will be rooting for her friend Louis van Amstel and his new partner, Kendra Wilkinson.

"I've met Kendra a few times and I think they are going to be perfect," Osbourne recently told PEOPLE at the Who What Wear dinner at Il Sole in West Hollywood. "They have a really good chance at winning this."

Osbourne, who danced with Amstel during season 9, says the pro is happy with his pairing. "He's already told me, 'I love her. She's so much fun,' " Osbourne said. "The few times I've hung out with [Kendra] we've always had a really good time so I think they are a really good mix."

The secret to their success, Osbourne believes, may not only be their ability to dance but also the pair's chemistry.

"Louis knows what he's doing and I think he's got a girl that can move," Osbourne said. "They are going to have fun together because, a lot of people don't know this, but Louis has a bit of a dirty mouth and is quite dirty minded as well so I think they are going to be perfect together."

Dancing With The Stars, First Night

Team Kendra & Louis flaunted Kendra's shakables. She can move, but she also has room to improve with a total score of 18.

Kendra Wilkinson put her dancing shoes to work Monday night as she performed a cha cha with partner Louis van Amstel on the season premiere of 'Dancing With the Stars.' "I'm going to turn all those years of club dancing into elegant ballroom dancing," she said. "[My dance] is hot. Not club hot, but classy hot." The judges had mixed reviews, with Bruno Tonioli telling Kendra her moves were "not clean." Kendra received a score of 18, each judge giving her a 6.

Kendra's Sexuality Breaks Through in Dance Moves

Kendra Wilkinson can really dance! On the newest “Dancing with the Stars” preview, Kendra has not only mastered the dance, but she has mastered using her sexuality to make it work!

In the recent preview from "DWTS" 2011, Kendra and her professional dance partner, Louis Van Amstel, are doing some moves that many of the other “DWTS” contestants may not be able to do.

Kendra is very limber and she is able to get her leg way over the top of her head. One of the dance moves entails Kendra kicking her leg up and getting her foot over the top of her body and her partner moves in holding her in place. The average person could never do this move without being as agile as Kendra is demonstating in this newest clip.

Kendra has been teasing the media with her story that the only dancing she can do is “shaking her booty.” Well, during the preview, Kendra is doing a cha-cha and she not only “shakes her booty” she has a snake like action that she does with her back side that is something not often seen in the “DWTS” routines.

Kendra was picked as the favorite to win by odds makers in Vegas, she was last at 3/1 on BoDog.com. After seeing the moves that this ex-”Playboy” mansion resident can do, most would agree she can “cut a rug.”

This young woman has been very open about her sexuality and her dance moves mirror this. Kendra is making some very sexy moves in her cha-cha dance, which is sure to put her in the forefront early on as a favorite with viewers.

E! Entertainment requests 4th season of "Kendra"

The 3rd season of "Kendra" ended early this year with 10 episodes aired. They had few episodes filmed because of Kendra's move from Philadelphia. Now our favorite girl is getting her 4th Season. E! has requested a 4th season of "Kendra" and it's expected to premiere this June or July. It will be the 2nd season of "Kendra" that premieres during the Summer! Can we expect a hot season? I think so!

Kendra on Ellen: I'm so grown up!

In an interview that won't air until March 21, Kendra Wilkinson tells Ellen DeGeneres that she has come really far in life. "I feel so grown up. I feel so mature. I feel that I'm where I need to be," the Dancing with the Stars favorite said. "After learning how to dance, I come home and teach my husband all my moves and my son is watching... It's a family affair now. It's a family thing."

As for Hugh Hefner's engagement to Crystal Harris, Kendra says she spoke to her former, elderly lover and wishes him the best:

"He really seems happy. You have to be happy for someone that's happy like that. I'm happy for him. If that's what he wants to do, if that's where he wants to be in life, I'm there for him. I'm one of his best friends."

Kendra Wilkinson on 'DWTS': 'I'm Going Skimpiest'

Reality TV star Kendra Wilkinson plans on showing off her toned body when she competes on "Dancing with the Stars."

"If I'm going to go skimpy, I'm going skimpiest," Wilkinson admitted to "Extra's" Terri Seymour, adding that her husband Hank Baskett doesn't mind. "He's like, 'If you're going to do this, go all in, and don't be shy about anything.'"

Kendra explained about a photo that surfaced last week of her wearing a cast on her leg. "That's the thing, it's not a cast. It' s kind of like my way of feeling secure. You know, I just feel a little bit wobbly now, it's just my way of kind of just tightening that area."

Although during recent rehearsal with her partner, Louis Van Amstel, did talk about another injury to her toe. "I wasn't wearing my closed-toe ballroom shoes. I was wearing the cha-cha shoes, and I jammed my freakin' toe in his foot. It hurt really bad."

And if you tell Kendra she is one of the frontrunners to win the competition, she gets nervous. "I don't like that. It's too much pressure. I mean, besides booty shaking I have zero dance experience."

Van Amstel added, "She's really fast but we have a little issue, Miss Control Freak. She wants to control everything, asks too many questions, so yes I got my work cut out for me."

Kendra Wilkinson waltzes to DWTS rehearsals in tiny hotpants

Kendra Wilkinson had bemoaned the hardship of losing the weight she had piled on when pregnant with her young son. But the Dancing With The Stars contestant showed she was back in tip-top shape by waltzing to rehearsals today wearing tiny hotpants.The former Playboy playmate wore grey shorts, a burgundy T-shirt and white flip-flops.

Obviously needing to ensure she kept hydrated during her strenuous workouts, Kendra carried a cup of coffee and a bottle of water. Kendra is already thinking ahead to her outlandish outfits she plans to wear once the show starts next Monday and says she can be counted on to wear the tiniest of outfits.

She told Extra: 'If I'm going to go skimpy, I'm going skimpiest'. And apparently her husband Hank Baskett does not mind his wife showing off her body. 'He's like, "If you're going to do this, go all in, and don't be shy about anything."'

Kendra is being partnered by Louis Van Amstel for the competition. The Dutch ballroom champion has previously danced with Kelly Osbourne, Priscilla Presley, and Lisa Rinna, among others. Her husband Hank Basket has been taking charge of parental duties while she struts her stuff on the dance floor. The 28-year-old has been busy looking after the couple's adorable 14-month-old son Hank Baskett IV. But Kendra isn't feeling too confident about her chances.

She told America's Us Weekly: 'I'm worried about the Karate Kid [Ralph Macchio], the wrestler [Chris Jericho] and the boxer [Sugar Ray Leonard], because it's all about brainwork with dancing and they have it already. 'They've been choreographed before and I haven't! I'm all about freestyle and shaking my butt! That's all I got! And I think Kirstie Alley wins the popularity vote; she has the most fans, I think.'

DWTS: Holly Madison Has Tip for Kendra Wilkinson

Kendra Wilkinson is about to go where Holly Madison has gone before – on Dancing with the Stars. And the season 8 contestant has a bold prediction about how her former Girls Next Door costar will do on the upcoming season of the hit dance show.

"Kendra will do better than most," Madison told PEOPLE recently. "I'd say she'll get to at least the semi-finals. She has a lot of personality and people like her." Madison has offered her pal a bit of advice, telling Wilkinson to befriend the sound man on the show and take his extra Moleskin ear cushions commonly used for headphones.

"You put them on your feet before you put your shoes on and it helps to keep blisters away," the star of E!'s Holly's World said. "Your feet hurt so bad from all the practicing."And Wilkinson, it seems, is already feeling the pain. She Tweeted: "Anti inflamintory n water is my new oreo n milk now cuz of dancing."

Though she's going up against professional wrestler Chris Jericho, NFL champion Hines Ward, boxing legen Sugar Ray Leonard and Karate Kid Ralph Macchio in the competition, Madison said Wilkinson is a "natural athlete."

"She's really fearless," Madison said. "She'll do a really good job and enjoy the whole thing no matter if she wins or how long she lasts."

Finally Hugh Hefner announced the dvd of the sixth season of "Girls Next Door" on DVD. It's still unknown if the show will return for a 7th season but now you can have at your house the episodes which 3 new blondes become Hef's girlfriends. Crystal Harris and twins Karissa and Kristina.

Early 2009, E! aired the episode "Transitions" an one-hour special showing Bridget and Kendra leaving the Playboy Mansion to start their own life! It was the 1st episode of 6th season.

Later in 2009 the full season aired and brought the new girls. But the former girlfriends appear in many episodes of the latest season of Girls Next Door. Holly in the first two and Bridget in the 7th. Kendra's baby shower brings all the 6 girls together in only one episode that will be included on the DVD. The release date is set to July 19th, 2011.

Kendra Wilkinson, The favorite to win DWTS

Kendra and former The Girls Next Door star has received 3/1 odds to win Dancing with the Stars' twelfth season, according to gambling website Bodog.com.

Hot on Wilkinson's heels are actor and The Karate Kid star Ralph Macchio -- who received 7/2 odds -- and Disney Channel star Chelsea Kane, who received 4/1 odds.

Yesterday E! Revealed our girl Kendra Wilkinson, is one of the stars on the new season of "Dancing with the Stars".

I'm so excited to be on Dancing With the Stars! It couldn't have come at a more perfect time in my life. I'm almost back to my prebaby body so I'm excited for all the costumes! I've always loved the show, so its really cool I get to be on it. I have a competitive streak in me so I'm so excited to compete! (Source, E!)

It's not the first reality Kendra is one of the contestants! She also appeared in MTV's "Celebrity Rap Superstar". She didn't win it but she was one of the finalists.
